1 C flour
1/2 C butter
1/4 C confectioners sugar
1/2 tbs grated lemon peel
Blend and pat into an 8x8 square pan, bake at 350 for
20 min

mix
2 eggs
2tbs lemon juice and grated peel
1 C sugar
2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
Pour over baked layer, bake at 350  20-25 min

Cool and frost with
3/4 C confectioners suger
1 tsp vanilla
grated lemon peel
1 tbs butter
1/2 tsp milk
